Dinner tonight

On weekdays when I go grocery shopping, I generally don't have time to cook. Usually I eat leftovers, takeout, or frozen food, but I was inspired by all the great ingredients in the market right now to make a fresh, easy dinner. I threw together a salad of arugula and green figs dressed with arbequina olive oil, lemon juice, and fleur de sel. Along with the salad I ate slices of Acme sour baguette with Marcel & Henri pâté de campagne. Don't worry, Ming, you'll be back in California soon enough.
